What is Circle of Security?
Parenting is one of the hardest and most rewarding jobs we’ll ever do, and sometimes it can feel overwhelming, confusing, or just really hard.
Circle of Security is a research-based parenting program designed to help parents and carers understand what a child’s behaviour is actually communicating, and how to respond in a way that builds more calm, connection and confidence.
This course isn’t about being a perfect parent or fixing your child. It’s about giving you simple, practical tools to help you enjoy parenting more, feel more confident in the hard moments, and build warmer relationships with your children.
