Our exciting Internship program is our next step in activating this call. Jesus used everyday opportunities to train his disciples, and we believe our internship program will create a unique experience for future church leaders to be equipped for vocational ministry.

As a Gateway Intern, you will step into a paid ministry role, enabling us to invest in building your leadership capacity, contribute to your spiritual formation and help refine how God wants to equip you for ministry. Our focus is to see you develop your character, leadership instincts and God-given gifts to create a strong foundation for God to work in and through you.

As an intern you will have a year designed to help you grow through intentional opportunities, diversity of practical experience, and formational teaching. These will take place through your ministry placement, a connected cohort community, ministry staff team experiences and theological study.
